Chef Shari Lynne Robins

From 20-year restaurant veteran Chef Shari Lynne Robins who has worked for celebrated chefs in NYC and Los Angeles, SHARIGATO will be an intimate casual option for a healthful and fun lunch or dinner. Shari is not only the owner’s name, but the vinegar rice used in the hand rolls is called “shari (シャリ)” in the world of sushi.

SHARIGATO'S made to order hand rolls, prepared with premium seafood wrapped in warm rice and roasted nori are available coursed in sets of 3, 4, 5 or 6 or a la carte for a bespoke experience.

Our signature rolls include sustainably sourced salmon, scallops, blue crab, and toro, as well as vegetarian options like eggplant "unagi", ube tempura, and umami mushrooms.

The additional snack menu will feature fun takes on items such as seaweed salad, edamame, and shishito peppers. Special items will focus on seasonality, rotating as ingredients become available.

The bar will feature Japanese-inspired specialty cocktails on tap, craft sake, and beers. There will be non-alcoholic options, such as green tea, still and sparkling water, classic soft drinks, and premium sodas.
